Please note that VANITY does not offer refunds for purchases from our online store.

For online purchases please contact us to confirm the return/exchange of your order and receive shipping information; please do not, under any circumstances, ship jewellery to us without specific instructions.  

Note that, regardless of method of purchase, custom-ordered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly, pieces with signs of wear, damage, or which have been altered in any fashion (engraved, embossed, resized, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
