HOW DO I CLEAN MY VANITY JEWELLERY?

As someone famously said "Jewellery should be worn, not kept in the vault." So, wear it, and enjoy it! When not wearing it, always store your VANITY jewellery in its VANITY suede case.

We do not recommend attempting to clean VANITY jewellery yourself; please stop by our Kolkata workshop for cleaning, or contact us if you’d like to ship it to us. If you must clean it, use a gentle dishwashing soap and lukewarm water, then pat dry. 

THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY VANITY PIECE. WHAT DO I DO?

Even when properly worn (and enjoyed), VANITY jewellery may need occasional polishing, adjustment or repair. 

Repairs or alterations of VANITY jewellery should only be performed by the VANITY workshop in Kolkata. VANITY jewellery is exceptionally finely crafted by artisans with decades of highly specialized experience, and repairs or modifications made outside the VANITY workshop can affect the structural integrity of the piece.

Upon receipt of a piece, we will conduct an assessment to understand what repairs will be needed. We will then contact you to provide an estimate of cost and time required.

Note that, if you did not purchase your piece directly from VANITY or an authorized partner, your piece will need to be authenticated before it can be repaired. The VANITY workshop will not repair pieces which cannot be verified as authentic VANITY.
